1. Overview
This Refund Policy describes how refunds and cancellations work for paid subscriptions to OutreachSure, operated by Codingworkx Private Limited ("Codingworkx", "we", "our", or "us"). It applies when you purchase a plan through our checkout or billing provider.
OutreachSure is currently in prelaunch mode. Refund obligations start when paid plans are available and a purchase is completed.
By purchasing, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If anything in those documents conflicts with a commitment we explicitly make at checkout, the checkout terms control for that purchase.
2. Subscription billing
OutreachSure is intended to be offered as a recurring subscription (for example, monthly or annual, as shown at purchase). Fees are generally charged in advance for each billing period unless we state otherwise. Your payment method may be charged automatically on each renewal until you cancel.
Taxes, currency conversion, and international fees may appear on your receipt depending on your location and bank. Displayed prices at checkout are authoritative for your transaction.
Upgrades, downgrades, or seat changes may be prorated or applied on your next invoice according to the rules shown in-product or in your order summary.
3. Free trial
If we offer a free trial, the trial length, included features, and the date billing begins will be shown when you sign up or on your checkout screen. You may cancel during the trial to avoid charges, using the cancellation path described in the product or in your welcome email.
4. Refund eligibility
We want teams to be successful on OutreachSure. If you believe you qualify for a refund, email us using the address below with your account email, invoice or transaction ID, and a short summary of the issue.
We may approve refunds on a case-by-case basis, for example when:
- A duplicate charge or clear billing error occurred;
- A technical issue on our side prevented reasonable use of the service for a sustained period;
- We advertised a money-back or satisfaction window for your plan and you are within that window.
Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, fees for a billing period that has already started may be non-refundable. When you cancel, you typically keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and future renewals stop.
Custom contracts, enterprise orders, or non-standard payment arrangements may have different refund rules; those terms will be stated in your order form or agreement.
5. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription through billing or account settings in the product, or by following the instructions in your invoice or onboarding email. If you cannot find the option, contact support and we will help.
Canceling stops future charges; it does not automatically delete your account data. Data retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Processing and timing
Approved refunds are typically issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days (often five to ten) after we process the refund for the funds to appear.
If your card has expired or the original method is unavailable, we will work with you to find a reasonable alternative where possible.
7. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you disagree with a charge, please contact us first—we can often resolve issues faster than a card dispute. Chargebacks may result in suspension of access while the payment network investigates, and they can limit our ability to issue courtesy credits or partial refunds until the case is closed.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law or as we reasonably consider appropriate.
