These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OutreachSure websites, early access forms, communications, and related services operated by Codingworkx Private Limited ("Codingworkx", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using OutreachSure, or by submitting information through our forms, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you purchase a paid plan, you also agree to our Refund Policy and the billing terms presented at checkout.

If you do not agree, do not use OutreachSure or submit personal information through our website or product.

• OutreachSure means the software, website, and related services we make available under this brand.
• Services means OutreachSure and any related websites, onboarding flows, documentation, and support we provide.
• You means the individual or organization using the Services.

We may describe features, plans, and availability on our website or in product communications. We may modify, add, or discontinue features to improve security, reliability, or user experience, subject to applicable law and any commitments we make at purchase.

Unless stated otherwise, OutreachSure is provided as a hosted online service. You are responsible for your internet connection, devices, and compliance with third-party platforms you connect (for example, professional networking or messaging tools), including their terms and acceptable use rules.

OutreachSure is a business-to-business (B2B) product intended for professional and commercial use. Registration and onboarding are intended for users providing business information, including company domain email addresses where possible.

By submitting an early access form, you consent to receive communications about product launch, access availability, onboarding information, and launch-related offers.

Early access users may receive an additional discount when plans become available, subject to offer terms (such as timing, eligibility, and redemption conditions) communicated at launch.

Submitting a form does not guarantee immediate access, feature availability, or specific pricing.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use OutreachSure lawfully and in a manner that does not violate the rights of others, applicable laws, or platform rules.

You must not:

• Misuse the service, probe or circumvent security, or attempt unauthorized access;
• Interfere with the operation of OutreachSure or other users' use of the Services;
• Use OutreachSure for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive activity, or to send spam in violation of applicable law;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Services except where applicable law prohibits this restriction.

Paid subscriptions, when available, are processed by third-party billing and payment providers. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the applicable billing terms shown at checkout, including renewal and cancellation rules, and any terms required by the payment provider.

Prices may be stated exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes depending on your region and checkout display. You are responsible for any taxes we are required to collect or that apply to your purchase.

Codingworkx does not store full payment card numbers in OutreachSure systems. Refunds and billing disputes are described in our Refund Policy.

OutreachSure may integrate with or link to third-party products (including hosting, analytics, email, and payment processors). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

OutreachSure, including software, branding, design, content, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Codingworkx Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from OutreachSure. You grant us a limited license to host and process content you submit solely to operate and improve the Services for you.

OutreachSure is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codingworkx disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codingworkx will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to OutreachSure.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for OutreachSure in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) if no fees applied—whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, if required by law, or to protect the security and integrity of OutreachSure. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law or as we reasonably deem appropriate (for example, by email or in-product notice). Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms, except where your explicit consent is required.
